Room Features

All guest rooms and suites are located around the immense swimming pool in front of the sea, which allows an ocean view from most of the rooms. All have a lounge chair or sofa with a table, private balcony or terrace, air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, electronic safety deposit box, mini-bar, cable TV, pre-programmed in room iPods and docks, bathrobes and hairdryer.

Children under 12 can be accepted on request only in Garden Suites and two-bedroom Beach Suites.

Meal plan available -breakfast and dinner:
$70 USD plus tax per person per day.

MANDATORY Meal plan -Breakfast and dinner- from Dec. 18 to January 2, 2010 the charge will be $90 USD.

Children under 12 receive 50% discount on meal and dinner surcharge.

Christmas and New Year Dinners for 2008
Dec. 24: $55 USD per person,
Dec. 25: $80 USD per person,
Dec. 31: $160 USD per person.

Gratuities: suggested 10 - 15% on food and beverages and 5 -10% on room charges.

Deposit Policy:

During the regular season a one night deposit will be charged to your credit card. Christmas and New Year bookings require payment in full.

During the regular season a 50% of the entire stay will be charged to your credit card as deposit. Christmas and New Year bookings require payment in full at moment of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

Jun 1 - Oct 31: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Apr 1 - May 31 / Nov 1 - Dec 16: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival. Jan 1 - Mar 31 / Dec 17 - Dec 31: Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.

Transportation

The hotel can prearrange transportation from Zihuatanejo International Airport with prior notice. Price: approximately $40 USD for two people and $80 until four people. The trip is approximately 20 minutes. (Rates subject to change without notice.)
