Room Features

Rooms and suites are set within a pueblo-style horseshoe building around a courtyard and immense pool at the edge of the ocean, allowing almost every room an ocean view. All rooms are air-conditioned and have direct-dial telephones, in-room safety deposit box, relaxing chair or sofa with table, private balcony or terrace, mini-bar, cable TV, bathrobes and hairdryer.

Deposit Policy:

Jan. 4 - Dec. 19:
A one-night deposit plus 19% tax and 5% service charge will be charged one week prior to arrival date.

Dec. 20 - Jan. 3:
The full stay or seven-night deposit plus 19% tax and 5% service charge will be charged two months prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Jan. 4 - Dec. 19:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received seven days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival date will be charged one night plus tax.

Dec. 20 - Jan. 3:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire stay or seven nights plus tax.
No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.

Transportation

The hotel can prearrange transportation from the Manzanillo airport with prior notice. Price: approximately $110 USD in small car $180 USD for up to six people one way via Suburban. The trip is approximately 75 minutes.
Transportation from Puerto Vallarta is available for $230 USD in small car $270 USD for up to six people one way via Suburban. The trip is approximately two and a half hours.
