Each suite is individually decorated with antiques, original art and exquisite furnishings and is fitted with the following modern conveniences: en suite telephone with free local calls, individual remote-controlled air conditioning and ceiling fan, remote-controlled TV with cable programming, DVD-CD player with a large catalog of complimentary movies, safety deposit box, bathrobes, full bath amenities of all-natural products, hairdryer, purified tap water and a pitcher of bottled drinking water.

LAS CAMPANAS
This one-bedroom villa snuggles beside the crowned spire of Guadalupe Church, Puerto Vallarta´s signature landmark. Its name, Spanish for "The Bells," honors the verdigris chimes tolling nearby. The aerie features a king bed, fireplace, salon, dining room, kitchenette and several terraces, one cradling a private hot bathtub. The exquisite 19th-century antiques include a carousel camel, Mexican trunk and a painting of San Vincente Ferrer, as well as Persian carpets, wall sconces and crystal chandeliers. This suite offers complete privacy, plus full access to the main property´s charms. |

Deposit Policy:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. All rates quoted are for prepaid reservations only, prepayment may also be made by check via express mail to Mexico or bank wire transfer to our US account additional time can be granted for these forms of payment, previous notification required.
Reservations paid by credit card upon arrival will be charged a 10% surcharge. Please note that reservations secured by credit card and then paid with cash or traveler´s check upon arrival will not be subject to the surcharge.
Jan 3-May 31/Jun 1-Oct 31/Nov 1-Dec 18: No charge will be applied to your credit card. When booking more than one room a 50% deposit of the entire stay must be made, full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
Dec. 19 - Jan. 2: 50% of stay deposit due at time of booking. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Jan. 3 - May 31, June 1 - Oct. 31, Nov. 1 - Dec. 18: There is a one night cancellation fee. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival may be charged for the entire stay, the possibility to refund will depend on ability to re-rent the room.
Dec. 19 - Jan. 2: There is two night cancellation fee. Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival will be charged, the possibility to refund will depend on ability to re-rent the room
No- shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the entire stay.
