Moresque and Mexican styles beautify the sublime by combining precious woods, polished floors and palm leaf ceilings with white domes and intricate lattice work. All suites include sumptuous bathrobes, slippers, safety deposit box, hairdryer, iron, TV, mini-bar and Jacuzzi.

19% tax not included.
Rates are based on double occupancy except for the Presidential Suite which is for four people. The hotel does not feature extra beds. Two children under 12 may share suite without additional cost.

Minimum stays of 3 nights apply March 27 to April 10 and from Dec. 18 to 31. And 2 nights minimum stays for arrivals on friday and saturday from July 9 to Aug. 21.

2 night minimum stay required: Jan 1/11 to Apr 30 - Dec 15 to Jan 1/12 - Jul 8 to Aug 21 only for arrivals on friday or saturday.

3 night minimum stay required: Feb 4 - 7 / Mar 18 - 21 / Apr 21 - 24 / Sep 15 - 18 / Nov 18 - 21

There is no minimum stay required for the rest of the year.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee reservations. A 50% of the stay deposit (non refundable) will be required for stays from March 27 to April 10 and Dec. 18 to 31 at the moment of confirmation and full payment of the reservation should be made 10 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

Jan. 4 to Mar. 26 and Apr. 11 to Dec. 17: No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 3 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival date will be charged one night to credit card.
March 27 to Apr. 10 and Dec. 18 to 31: No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the stay and cancellations within 7 days o less prior to arrival date will be charged the total of the stay.
NO SHOW:
Jan. 4 to Mar. 26 and Apr. 11 to Dec. 17 will be charged one night.
Mar. 27 to Apr. 10 and Dec. 18 to 31 will be charge total of the stay.

Transportation

The hotel can prearrange transportation from Huatulco International Airport with prior notice. Price: $45 USD airport to hotel and $30 USD hotel to airport via taxi for up to four people. The trip is approximately 25 minutes. (Rates subject to change without notice.)
