Notes
18% tax not included. Rates are based on double occupancy except for the Presidential Suite which is for four people. The hotel does not feature extra beds. Two children under 12 may share suite without additional cost. Additional person 2007: $50 USD. and 2008 $60 USD per extra person. The use of the tennis courts is free of charge for all the guests.
Minimum stays of 2 nights apply during the weekends (friday and saturday) during the whole year except for holidays.

Deposit Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee reservations. Regular Season: one-night will be charged to card. Christmas and New Year: 50% of entire stay will be charged to card. Upon reservation confirmation, a deposit authorization form will be mailed to you by hotel.
Cancellation Policy:
Regular Season:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged one night to credit card.
Christmas and New Year:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.

The hotel can prearrange transportation from Huatulco International Airport with prior notice. Price: $40 USD airport to hotel and $30 USD hotel to airport via taxi for up to four people. The trip is approximately 25 minutes. (Rates subject to change without notice.)
