Deposit Policy:

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking and a 50% charge will be made to the card upon making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings canceled within less than 8 days prior to arrival will not be refunded the 50% deposit.
No-shows and early departures will be charged for the entire stay.

Transportation

Airport transfers from Alamos airport are available for $5 USD per trip.

The hotel can also coordinate airport transfers from Ciudad Obregon airport through get-Rent-A-Car or the airport taxis. Airport taxis normally charge 150 USD one-way.

The hotel recommends using a transportation service from Alamos that costs 120 USD one-way or the hotel´s own van which costs $150 USD one-way.
