Deposit Policy:

A valid credit card or bank deposit is required to guarantee a booking. Full payment must be covered at least 8 days prior to arrival.

HIGH SEASON (July 15 to August 20 - December 19 to January 2 and Easter Holidays): Full payment must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night.

Transportation

Airport transfers from the Tuxtla Gutierrez airport can be arranged with prior notice. A taxi for one to four passengers costs $60 USD one-way. Transfer time is approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
