All rooms and suites are unique in layout and design. The lavish and very spacious accommodations feature plush Spanish colonial furnishings, wood-burning fireplace, tall vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, safety deposit box, telephone, hairdryer, mini-bar, coffee maker and bathrobes. All rooms are nonsmoking.

GOVERNOR SUITE This second floor suite is accessible by private elevator or stone staircase. The windows look directly into a huge Banyan type tree (Nacapule) and is a favorite feeding area for parrots when the figs are ripe. There is a private second floor patio for dining of up to four persons, also a very comfortable swing for looking at the gardens and stars for a romantic evening. In the bedroom area the high king sized bed has a small ladder to ascend. En suite dining, Spanish Colonial antiques and art abound in this suite. There is a large Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, make-up table and two lavatories. Most of the wall and floor surfaces are in a beautiful dark green marble imported from Tikal, Guatemala. There is an oversized flat screen TV with DVD system and walk-in closet.	425	325	425

MANSION VILLA Is a second floor suite that is accessible by a stone stairway or private elevator. The views are remarkable from every room. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and wood burning fireplace. The other, a small bedroom only suitable for a family member, has a plush queen bed. Both bedrooms share The large bathroom has a Mexican tiled bath tub as well as a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has an oversized flat screen TV with DVD system and stereo system all house in an antique cabinet, a spacious living room separates the bedroom and has a fireplace with balconies and views of a Mirador. There are two comfortable leather sofas and Spanish Colonial antiques. The large bathroom has a Mexican tiled bath tub as well as a walk-in shower.	950	750	950

Minimum stay 2 nights, single nights add 20% to rate, during this period breakfast may be upgraded with the purchase of the meal plan.
The American meal plan is available at $45.00 USD per day, per person, includes a full American Breakfast, choice of luncheon specials and a four or five course evening meal. Meal Plan must be ordered when making reservation. Third person in a room or suite, add $45.00 per night plus taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 8 days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than 8 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Transportation

Transportation to and from the Ciudad Obregon Airport (CEN ) is available from Budget-Rent-A-Car, airport taxi, Alamos Transportation and the resort.
Budget Car rates are lower if ordered through the U.S. reservation system.
Airport taxis usually charge $150.00 U.S., or more, per trip.
The Alamos transportation service that we recommend charges $120.00 per trip
Resort van is $150.00 per trip.
Highway toll fees are included in the rates.
Transportation to and from the Alamos Airport (MM-45) is at no charge, providing the resort has a current ETA.
