Rates Include
Welcome cocktail. Oaxaca-style full breakfast included in rates for two adults. Coffee and local newspaper 7:30 - 9 am served at your doorstep or outside sitting area upon request.

18% tax not included.
Additional person or bed: $45 USD. Children under eight may share parents´ room at no charge. No children over one year old during Holidays. Maximum room occupancy: two adults and one child, and four adults in the Presidential Suite.
Pets not permitted.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A signed authorization to charge your credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
A one-night deposit will be charged to card two weeks after booking. During Holidays, a two-night deposit will be charged to card six weeks after booking.
A $500 USD deposit is required for all packages and will be charged to card six weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 12 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 12 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
For Holidays, no penalty will be charged for cancellations received 21 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.

The hotel can prearrange transportation from the airport via taxi with prior notice. Price: approximately $35 USD airport to hotel, $25 USD hotel to airport. The trip is approximately 15 minutes.
