Deposit Policy:

A credit card or one deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. No charge will be applied to the card.

Cancellation Policy:

No penalty will be charged for cancellations received seven days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival date will be charged one night to credit card. Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to arrival will be penalized with the complete stay.
For Low season (Jan. 1 to Mar. 25, Apr. 5 to Oct. 6 and Oct. 24 to Dic. 17): No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged one night to credit card.
High Season (Mar. 26 to Abr. 4, Oct. 7 to 23 & Dec. 18 to 31): No penalty will be charged for cancellations received seven days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the stay to credit card.
