Deposit Policy:

A credit card or one deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. No charge will be applied to the card.

Cancellation Policy:

For Low season (Jan. 1 to Apr. 19, Apr. 25 to Sept. 30 and Nov. 1 to Dic. 15): No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged one night to credit card.

High Season (Apr. 20 to 24, Oct. 1 to 31 & Dec. 16 to 31): No penalty will be charged for cancellations received seven days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the stay or 1 night minimum to credit card.

Transportation from Leon International Airport via Suburban costs $55 USD one way.
For 2011 the cost of transportation via hotel vehicle will be $55 USD and $75 USD in Suburban.
