Deposit Policy:
A credit card or one deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. No charge will be applied to the card.
Cancellation Policy:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received seven days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival date will be charged one night to credit card.

Premium MasterCard® cardholders that stay for a minimum of 3 nights and pay accommodations with this card, will receive:
A complimentary bottle of premium tequila (or other regional specialty liqueur) with two hand-blown glass caballitos or shot glasses, a plate of regional delicacies, and a room upgrade* at participating hotels. (*subject to availability). Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation
Transportation from Leon International Airport via a regular taxi costs approximately $33 USD, via a Suburban: $60 USD. If you wish to to hire this service directly from the hotel, the cost is $75 USD airport to hotel and $33 USD hotel to airport. The trip is approximately 30 minutes.
