Pets not permitted.
Up to two additional children may share parents´ room, sofa-beds are available for this purpose but not recommended for adults.
Children 2 to 12: $13 USD per night, $15 USD for 2010.
Over 12: $43 USD per night, $50 USD for 2010.

During the following holiday periods a minimum stay of 3 nights is required, therefore a package has been designed for these dates, please see details in the PACKAGE section.

New Year: Dec 23. 2009 to Jan. 03, 2010.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
Regular season: 50% deposit will be charged to credit card 7 days prior to arrival
Holiday season: 50% deposit will be charged to credit card 21 days prior to arrival, remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Regular season: Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged with 50% of the entire stay.
Holiday Seasons: (Holy Week, Day of the Dead, Christmas and New Year´s Eve) Cancellations received 21 to 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged for the complete stay.

No shows or last minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire stay. Cancellations received one day prior to arrival and early departures are considered last minute cancellations.

Transportation

The hotel can prearrange transportation via taxi from the Uruapan and Morelia airports with prior notice. Price from the Uruapan airport: $500 pesos one way. Price from the Morelia airport: $800 pesos one way.
You will be advised of the taxi number that will be waiting for you outside the airport (white taxis with Taxi Ejecutivo plus the number in big gray letters). For 2010 the fare will be $800 pesos one way, for any of the two airports.
