ROOM FEATURES
La Casa que Canta has adobe walls,palm-thatched roofs and doors and window sills made of tropical wood. The entire hotel is decorated with sculpted, hand-painted furniture as well as Mexican handcrafts. All 25 guest suites and the two private residences feature air conditioning, ceiling fans and a complimentary mini-bar. Bathrooms have his and her sinks and spacious marble showers. Every accommodation has ocean views, a private patio and two oversized sun beds.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You will need to send us your credit card details by fax because, in Mexico, we need your signature in order to charge your deposit (the hotel will contact you directly to collect this information).
For reservations made from April 16 to December 18 a 2-night deposit is required at time of booking.
For reservations made from December 19 to April 15 a second deposit will be required 60 days before arrival date, which will complete 50% of the entire stay.
Villas
When booking a private villa, 50% of the total stay must be paid when making your reservation.
During the dates of December 19 to January 3, the total of your stay must be paid 60 days prior to arrival; the rest of the year the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
For arrivals from April 16 to December 18, cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
For arrivals from December 19 to April 15, cancellations must be received 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received at a later date, deposit will not be reimbursed.
Villas
Cancellation of a private villa must be received 90 days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received 89 to 60 days prior to arrival a charge of $3,500USD will be made.
Cancellations received with less than 60 days, deposit will not be reimbursed.
"No show" or early departure will be charged for the complete reserved stay.

Transportation
The hotel can pre-arrange airport transfers from the Ixtapa airport with prior notice. The cost for 1 – 4 passengers (in a taxi) is $32 USD one-way and $64 USD round-trip. The cost for a suburban for one to 7 passengers is $54 USD one-way and $108 USD round-trip. Transfer time is approximately 20 minutes.
