Notes
A maximum of two guests may occupy the Portal suite. The other three guest rooms can accommodate up to three people. There is a 22 dollar fee for the third guest. Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 1pm.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card. A one-night deposit is required for all bookings except during National Holidays (full stay must be paid immediately).
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled 72 hours prior to arrival will not incur penalties and deposit will be refunded.
For National holiday bookings, cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival in order to obtain a refund.

Premium MasterCard® cardholders that stay for a minimum of 3 nights and pay accommodations with this card, will receive:
A complimentary bottle of premium tequila (or other regional specialty liqueur) with two hand-blown glass caballitos or shot glasses, a plate of regional delicacies, and a room upgrade* at participating hotels. (*subject to availability). Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Transportation
Transfers are available from the Morelia International airport on request. The cost is 26 dollars for 1-4 people and the travel time is approximately 35 minutes.
