Really. If you find a better deal for the exact same travel specifications elsewhere, we'll match it. We'd love to say we always publish the best deal, but there's too much information out there and sometimes a few dollars slip by. What we can promise is if they do, we'll make it right.

2. We're with you (but not in a stalking sort of way) before, during and after your stay.
We know the hotel will be great (yep, we hand-picked them) but we also care about getting you ready for your trip, helping you during your trip, and, most importantly, making sure you had a good time. Every time. Small hotels are fantastic, but they usually aren't set-up to offer such pre and post-trip pampering. Our Concierge does it for them—for all of them.
3. It's easy to make changes to your vacation!
Ever tried to cancel/modify/hire an extra service through one of the BIG GUYS? After pressing "2" fourteen times to get to a live person, you still might strike out.
