Room Features

Guest rooms are in "palafitos," bungalows of indigenous construction, built on stilts over the edge of the estuary surrounding the main group of structures. Each individually decorated palafito is named after one of the Mexican Lotteria cards and features ceiling fans, bathrobes, unique amenities and interesting artwork.

Additional person: $100 USD plus 17% tax per night. 2 Children under 13 may share parents´ room at no charge.

Additional charge for meals: adult $90 USD children $50 USD per person per day (15% taxes are included). Please note that beverages are not included in the meal plan.

Special supplement for Christmas night: adults $195 USD children $90 USD plus 15% tax and for New Year´s eve: adults $275 USD children $90 USD plus 15% tax per person. During this two special nights the meal plan for adults drops to $60 USD for adults and $40 USD for children.

Small pets (up to 15 kilos) permitted, but not permitted in restaurants and must always be supervised by owners.

Deposit Policy:

Jan 8 - Apr 30: 2 night deposit required upon reservation confirmation

May 1 - Nov 16: 1 night deposit required upon reservation confirmation

Nov 17- Dec 14: 2 night deposit required upon reservation confirmation

Dec 15/09 - Jan 7/10: 50% of the complete stay required upon reservation confirmation.

Packages require a deposit of 50% of the entire stay upon reservation confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

Jan 8 - Apr 30 / Nov 17- Dec 14 / Dec 15 - Jan 7: No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior will be charged 50% of the complete stay, less than 14 days prior and no-shows will be charged for the complete stay plus taxes.

May 1 - Nov 16: No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received 14 to 7 days prior will be charged 50% of the complete stay, less than 6 days prior and no-shows will be charged for the complete stay plus taxes.

Packages; if cancelled up to 15 days prior, deposit will be refunded, 14 to 7 days prior, deposit will be retained, 6 or less days prior, the complete stay will be charged.

The hotel offers transportation from the Puerto Vallarta airport. Price: approximately $173 USD one way, $345 USD round-trip, for up to three people. The trip is approximately one hour and 45 minutes.
