ROOM FEATURES
Guest rooms are in "palafitos," bungalows of indigenous construction, built on stilts over the edge of the estuary surrounding the main group of structures. Each individually decorated palafito is named after one of the Mexican Lotteria cards and features ceiling fans, bathrobes, unique amenities and interesting artwork.

Additional person: $90 USD per night.
Additional charge for meals: $80 USD. During Christmas: $130 USD and during New Year: $180 USD plus 15% tax per person per night. Please note that beverages are not included in the meal plan. Children under 12 may share parents´ room at no charge and enjoy 50% discount on meal plan rates. Children under 3: no charge.
Small pets (up to 15 kilos) permitted, but not permitted in restaurants and must always be supervised by owners.
Activities and spa treatments have an additional cost.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
Low Season (May 1 – Oct. 29): One-night deposit required.
High Season (Oct. 30 - Dec. 17, Jan. 8 - Apr. 30): Two-night deposit required.
Christmas and New Year (Dec. 18 - Jan. 7): 50% of the entire stay required 60 days prior to arrival date, minimum stay requiered: four nights.
Packages require a deposit of 50% of the entire stay.
Cancellation Policy:
High Season (Oct. 30 - Dec. 17, Jan. 8 - Apr. 30): No penalty will be charged for cancellations for High Season received in writing 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged two nights.
Low Season (May 1 – Oct. 29): No penalty will be charged for cancellations for Low Season received in writing 14 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged one night.
Christmas and New Year (Dec. 18 - Jan. 7): No penalty will be charged for cancellations for Christmas and New Year received in writing 90 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received 89 - 60 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposit. Cancellations received 59 - 46 days prior to arrival date will be charged 75% of the deposit. Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Refunds will incur a $20 USD administrative charge. Payments by credit card will incur a 3% bank commission charge.
No-shows will be charged the same penalties as late cancellations.

Transportation
The hotel offers transportation from the Puerto Vallarta airport. Price: approximately $173 USD one way, $345 USD round-trip, for up to three people. The trip is approximately one hour and 45 minutes.
