Rates subject to 19% tax and 10% service charge.
Cots and cribs available on request, subject to availability $35 USD per night.

Pets are welcome, an additional cleaning charge will be requested.

The hotel offers a light continental breakfast and we suggest using their pre-stocking service if you´d enjoy a more hardy meal in the morning. Rate is 30% of the total cost of purchased items.

The hotel does not have an exclusive parking area. Cars can be parked either in front or around the hotel. There are parking lots available aprox. one block away, the charge per hour is aprox. 16 pesos.

Deposit Policy:

Confirmed reservations will require an immediate one night non-refundable deposit. May 1-Nov 14: balance will be collected from credit card 20 days prior to arrival. Nov. 15 -Apr. 30: balance will be collected 60 days prior to arrival.
May 1-Nov. 14: reservations made 20 days or less prior to arrival are to be paid in full at the time of booking and are not refundable. Nov.15- Apr. 30: reservations made 60 days or less prior to arrival are to be paid in full at time of booking and are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing. May 1-Nov. 14: cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged for one night stay plus taxes. Cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged for the complete stay plus taxes.
Nov. 15- Apr. 30: Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged for one night stay plus taxes. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the confirmed arrival date will be charged for the complete stay plus taxes.

Transportation

Airport transfers can be coordinated in a luxury SUV for up to 7 guests. Rate is $150 USD from the airport to the hotel and $100 USD from the hotel to the airport, this service has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
