Deposit Policy:
High Season (Oct. 1 - Dec. 15 & Jan. 7 - Apr. 30):
50% of the entire stay required 10 days prior to arrival, balance due at check-out. For reservations of only one night, the entire stay plus tax is due 10 days prior to arrival date.
Holidays:
50% of the entire stay is required to guarantee your reservation, balance due 21 days before arrival date. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or direct deposit.
Low Season (May 1 - Sept. 30):
A credit card or prepayment seven days prior to arrival date is required to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
High Season (Oct. 1 - Dec. 15, Jan. 7 - Apr. 30): Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Holidays:
Cancellations received in writing by fax or email 21 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the deposit, less than 21 days prior will be charged for the entire stay plus tax.
Low Season (May 1 - Sept. 30):
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received four days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than four days prior to arrival date will be charged one night plus tax.
No-shows will be charged the same penalties as late cancellations.
