Room Features

The 14 guest rooms and two Spa Suites are uniquely designed and furnished in original regional Mexican motifs. Rooms feature king bed, individually controlled air conditioning, luxurious European bed linens, TV armoire, bathrobes, telephone, safety deposit box, hairdryer and special toiletries. Each room is given a name reflecting the decorations inside. The Deluxe Rooms are Watermelon, Tree of Life, Blue, Coconut Masks, Angels, Ceramics, Sun, Moon, Embroidery, Stars, Silver, Seashells and Clay Masks. The Spa Suites are Sea and Cactus.

Full Casa Natalia breakfast served on guest´s private terrace. Round-trip beach club shuttle.

Additional person: $40 USD. Maximum room occupancy: three people. Not suitable for children.
Minimum stay Dec 20 - Jan 5: 6 nights
CHECK-IN: 3pm | CHECK-OUT: Noon (depending on room availability).

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A two-nights deposit is required to confirm reservation. Deposit is applied to the last 2 days of the reservation.

Christmas and New Year: A non-refundable deposit of 2 nights plus taxes is required at time of booking, the balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival day and it is also non-refundable. From Dec. 20 to Jan. 5/09 a 6 night minimum stay is required.

Cancellation Policy:

No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival date.

For Christmas and New Years: Deposits are non-refundable
No-shows and early check outs are non refundable.
