ROOM FEATURES
Each guest room is different in size and layout, featuring handcrafted furniture, armoire, desk, hand-painted tiles and original artwork. All rooms have very spacious showers and private ocean-view balcony or terrace. All have bathrobes, remote-controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans, safety deposit box and stocked complimentary mini-bar. Rooms do not have telephones or TVs. An entertainment room includes TV, DVD and VCR.

Holidays (Nov. 17 - 24, Dec. 1 - Jan. 3 and Easter Week) require longer minimum stays, as follow. Thanksgiving: seven nights, arrival Nov. 17 - 24. Christmas only: seven nights, arrival any day in December, departure Dec. 27. New Year only: seven nights, arrival Dec. 27. Both Christmas and New Year: 14 nights, arrival and departure dates of your choice. Easter Week: seven nights.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A credit card or prepayment is required to guarantee your reservation. Prepayment requires a deposit of 50% of the entire stay within seven days of booking, the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 60 days in advance require payment in full. Prepayments may be made via bank deposit, wire transfer or www.PayPal.com.
Reservations during the Holiday season: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years require a 50% deposit at time of booking. 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
All rates quoted reflect discounts applied for prepaid reservations only. Reservations paid via credit card upon arrival are not entitled to these discounts and are subject to a 5 - 10% surcharge, depending on the type of credit card. Please note: Reservations secured via credit card (no charge will be applied to the card) and paid with cash or traveler´s check upon arrival will not be subject to surcharge. All credit card payments made via PayPal are not subject to surcharge.
Cancellation Policy:
No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival date (except for multiple room reservations tres noches mas impuestos)
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay, less than 30 days prior will be charged 100%. Every attempt will be made to re-sell your reservation and any success will be credited to your cancellation charge. All deposits and paymentes for Holiday reservations are non-refundable.

Transportation
For stays of five nights or more, the hotel includes complimentary VIP transportation from Puerto Vallarta´s airport with prior notice. The trip is approximately 45 minutes.
For stays of one to four nights, round-trip transportation costs $115 USD.
