Guestrooms are spread throughout five colonial mansions. Each is individually decorated and furnished with antiques and may have additional features such as a fireplace or terrace. All have telephone, television, safe box and hairdryer.

Abril 01 - 04: (3 nights) closed for arrival and/or departure on April 2 and 3
Oct 30 - Nov 1: (2 nights)
Nov 27 - 29: (2 nights)
Dec 24 - 26: (3 nights) closed for arrival and/or departure on Dec 25 and 26.
Dec 27 - Jan 01: (5 nights) closed for arrival and/or departure on Dec 28,29,30 and 31.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. A charge of one night will be applied to the credit card at the time of booking; except for the holiday period Dec 24 to Jan 1, where a 50% of the total stay will be required at time of booking, the remaining balance will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

The one-night credit card deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival and for Christmas & New Year periods (Dec 24 - Jan 1), cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% of the complete stay as cancellation penalty.

Guest who departs earlier than originally scheduled during the holiday period (Dec 24 - Jan 1) will be charged for the entire scheduled stay.

Transportation

Airport transportation from Leon (Bajio International Airport) can be pre-arranged on request for an approximate rate from $160 USD (plus 15% tax) per two persons one way by taxi. The trip is approximately 90 minutes.
