ROOM FEATURES
Each guest room is different in size and layout, featuring handcrafted furniture, armoire, desk, hand-painted tiles and original artwork. All rooms have very spacious showers and private ocean-view balcony or terrace. All have bathrobes, remote-controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans, safety deposit box and stocked complimentary mini-bar. Rooms do not have telephones or TVs but they do have an IPod dock. An entertainment room includes TV, DVD and VCR.

Three-night minimum stay; one- and two-night stays charged additional $75 USD per night.

Minimum stays apply as follows: Christmas (seven nights) arrival any day in December, departure Dec. 27. New Year: (seven nights) arrival Dec. 27. Both Christmas and New Year: 14 nights, arrival and departure dates of your choice.
Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
All rates quoted reflect discounts applied for prepaid reservations only. All reservations will require payment of 1 night plus tax at time of booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. The credit card information provided will be used to secure these payments unless otherwise instructed to do so.
Reservations not secured with a credit card may be made via bank deposit, wire transfer or PayPal. If so, the following policies will apply:
All year
1. 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking.
2. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
3. For a reservation less than 60 days in advance of arrival date the full amount of the rental is due at time of booking.
Holidays
1. 50% deposit due upon request to reserve space
2. 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy:
All Year
1. No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival date (except for multiple room reservations, 3 nights plus taxes)
2. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
3. Less than 30 days prior will be charged 100%.
4. Every attempt will be made to re-sell your reservation and any success will be credited to your cancellation charge.
Holidays
1. All deposits and payments for Holiday reservations are non-refundable.

Please note that multiple room (3+) reservations (is considered a group and would be designated as such at the time of reservation) cannot be cancelled, they are only re-sellable. This applies whether one person is paying for the whole group or even in the case that one person puts rooms on hold for each guest to then make their own formal booking.

Transportation
For stays of 5 nights or more, the hotel includes complimentary VIP round transportation from Puerto Vallarta´s airport with prior notice. The trip is approximately 45 minutes.
For stays of one to four nights, round-trip transportation costs in a taxi cab is $125 USD on a suburban or van the cost is $180 USD.
