Low Season: A one-night deposit is required to guarantee the booking.

Holidays: Christmas/New Year and Easter Week - the full stay must be paid in advance in order to guarantee the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Low Season:
Cancellations, date changes or modifications must be requested at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to preserve the initial deposit.
High Season:
Cancellations, date changes or modifications must be requested at least 21 days prior to arrival in order to preserve the deposit.
Holidays: (December 27 - January 5 and Easter week) Cancellations, date changes or modifications must be requested at least 90 days prior to arrival in order to preserve the initial deposit
No-shows and early departures will be charged for the full stay.
