Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy:

Full payment is required 3 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no penalty if booking is canceled 3 days prior to arrival.
Bookings canceled 2 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty (based on total stay) and cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival, no -shows or early departures will incur a 100% penalty based on total stay.

Transportation

The hotel can provide airport transfers from Morelia´s airport if pre-arranged. The cost for this service is $25 USD (subject to change without prior notice) for up to 4 people. The transfer is 35 minutes.
