Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
The complete stay will be charged to the card 15 days prior to arrival for bookings during the mayor holidays: Christmas, New Year, Easter and National Holidays. No deposit is required for bookings the rest of the year.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received 7 days or more prior to arrival date or a one night penalty will be charged to credit card, same will apply to no-shows. Cancellations for bookings during the holidays will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Transportation
The hotel can prearrange transportation from the Cancun airport with prior notice. Price: approximately $88 USD one way for up to two people and $120 (for 3 - 4 people). The trip is approximately 50 minutes.
